FAQs from Guests

What is worship at Pocket like?

Worship at Pocket is warm and friendly. You'll hear a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary praise music. We'll always read scripture and pray together, but on some Sundays, especially the first Sunday of the month, expect to see more creative, interactive, and intergenerational worship.

What about my kids?

We believe God put the wiggle in kids, and we celebrate their participation in worship! In the back of the sanctuary, you'll find quiet sensory-rich toys for children of all ages. Middle and high school aged youth have a special set of art supplies so they can be creative as they worship. We offer nursery care for children birth-preK and Children's Church that is designed for elementary school aged children. If you choose to let your children go to the nursery or Children's Church, our ushers will help you know where to go.

Where do I park?

Wherever you'd like, but there are some designated visitor spots close to the main doors of the sanctuary.

What do I wear?

You'll see everything from Sunday dresses and ties to flip flops and jeans in our sanctuary. You'll be welcome however you dress!

How can I get connected?

Use our contact form to reach out with other questions. After visiting worship, plan to try out a Sunday school class or another small group opportunity to meet more people.
